this is my nephew matt, my son nick and my son thomas walking off into the ocean last summer at Long Beach Island in New Jersey.
I am in desperate need of some "sand/ocean" therapy

I'm soooo with you on the sand therapy! I tell my husband probably every other day that I need to go to the beach. He knows it's the only way for momma to relax and take off the layers of stress. Soon... But if you get there before me stick your toes in the sand extra deep once for me!
